Waterpass is a tool used to measure the difference in elevation of a single reference point for later reference. Waterpass is equipped with glass and small bubbles in it. To check whether it is installed correctly, note the bubbles in the glass spherical. If the bubble right in the middle, it means the water pass has been installed correctly. In waterpass, there is a lens to look at the target crosshairs.
